HI! My name is Lilly Hutchings. I currently hold a B.S. in Exercise Science and am a Certified Exercise Physiologist through American College of Sports Medicine. My ultimate goal is to help others succeed in their fitness journeys. Not only do I possess the knowledge in the science behind exercise and dieting, but I want to share my knowledge and skills with you, and watch you flourish.
When I began my own fitness journey, the best words to describe me were "determined & lost". I talked down to myself, I was extremely unhappy at my minimum wage job, pursuing a major I had zero passion for. Most nights, I made hamburger helper for dinner bc my cooking skills were non existent..(Sorry babe) but I kept talking about how I was going to change & be healthier.. "one day". I was at my highest weight. I decided I wanted to be a runner, & so I literally went from couch potato to running 2+ hours a day. Torn meniscus? "I'm still running!" I was toxic to myself

I literally went from one extreme to another. I weighed daily, even multiple times a day. I HAD to be under 100lbs to consider myself "healthy" & I was determined. In 1.5 months, I was 92lbs. Eating under 800 calories, & extremely over-exercising
But why wasn't I happy??? I met my goal weight! I was SKINNY now?!
That's when it clicked. This "goal weight" did absolutely nothing for my self love. Did NOTHING for my appreciation, my happiness, my smile. I was just as self-loathing & unhappy as I was before. Using the hate for my body as motivation to be "better" did not change how I viewed myself. I was never good enough in my mind, & the scale didn't change this.
I began reading a lot about fitness & nutrition & research, even if I had to google 50% of the words. I quit my job, i practiced gratitude every morning, I transferred schools, & pursued my passion in the health field
I wanted to make sure that no one ever did what I did, & to help women realize that they have potential to be truly HAPPY & STRONG. My goal since day 1 when I started my brand was to help even just one person make a difference. I want to help you love yourself no matter what stage you're at, to realize that fitness is for YOU, too. That being healthy never has to be a grueling process, & that you can enjoy every step of your very own JOURNEY. To GLOW inside & out with joy, & to become the healthiest, happiest version of yourself!
