You start a diet on Monday, you are SO committed to what you will and will not do. No sugar, no sweets, no dairy, no carbs, no meat... You're not really sure what you should be eating, but you have a long list of what you "shouldn't be". You stick with the diet, a couple days, maybe even a couple of weeks if you're super diligent.

 ..and then something happens.

 A party, a date night, you're running late for work and forgot your breakfast shake at home. You restrict so much and then you say "forget this" and eat all of the things you have been without.

 Immediately following are feelings of guilt and negative self talk. But you start again on Monday with another diet.

 When does it stop? It stops when you take the power back to realize that it is possible to build sustainable healthy habits without sacrificing your mental and physical health.

I get it. I, too, use to over-deprive, over-restrict, and over-exercise in hopes to get my dream body.

 I thought carbs would make me fat, protein would make me bulky, and missed out on all social gatherings. Holidays stressed me out, and my every thought was around food and what I was and wasn’t allowed to eat.

I currently hold a B.S. in Exercise Science, Masters in Public Health, am a Certified Exercise Physiologist through American College of Sports Medicine and a board certified Health & Wellness Coach through NBC-HWC. My ultimate goal is to help women succeed in their fitness journeys without sacrificing their life..  Not only do I possess the knowledge in the science behind exercise and nutrition, but I want to share my knowledge and skills with you, and watch you flourish. Women deserve to get intentional about their training and nutrition so they can see results, feel their best, and get out of the hamster cycle of yo-yo dieting for good.

You’ll connect and and collaborate with driven women like yourself who have the same mission in mind: to become the healthiest, strongest, and happiest version of yourself. Lilly will be checking in daily to answer any questions, encourage and motivate you, and keep you accountable.

BI-WEEKLY CHECK INS
Every other week you will have an individual check in with Lilly, to make any adjustments to your custom nutrition, feedback on adherence, mindset, training volume, etc to ensure you are reaching the goals you desire.

MONTHLY GROUP VIDEO CALLS
Each month you will join together with Lilly and the rest of the Mind Body clients to have any and all of your questions answered so you can feel confident and empowered during your journey. You should never be alone when making sustainable changes
